The 90 minute Sleep System
Hey! This ain't any product being sold in the Market, seriously I am not
doing any affiliate marketing here.
There are times in our lives, when we want get out of the bed too early like-
1) Study for an Exam which is Probably tomorrow.
2) Prepare for a seminar
and many many more .....
At those time we set alarms in our time-pieces, mobile phones etc..
These are the times when 90 minute Sleep rule should be applied!
Now don't panic I am gonna explain You all about 90 minute sleep rule.
Of course its not Rocket Science! Its very easy once You understand it.
When ever setting an alarm in your clock always check that the total hours of Sleep you are getting should be multiple of 90 minutes.
Which means if You are falling asleep at 10:00 pm in the night, your
wake-up time should be multiples of 1 and a 1/2 hour (which is by the way equals 90 minutes).
For example You can wake up at 4:00 am in the early Morning now because 6 hours is a multiple of 90 minutes.
Aha.. The most important part of waking up like this is, you will be in your full consciousness for the work that you've left on your Desk.
Do you remember those zombie times! when you are out of Your couch, you walk, you sit and contemplate yawning! Well that will never happen again.
